Has anyone ever used a local jeweller or someone similar to repair a Pathfinder/ProTrek? Is there anyone here who might be prepared to take on an investigation, if not an actual repair? Given the technical skill around, evident from various posts down the years, I wondered if there was an alternative to sending my PAW-1200 away to Casio GB for a lengthy and expensive process. I've opened up various G-Shocks of mine, but without knowing the insides of a PAW (beyond Dudegalea's pics), I'd be more hesitant about doing so with my PAW.
